As a member of the Casablanca Bar, she brings over seven years of experience in business law firms and intellectual property & technology law practices, where she has developed deep expertise in litigation, advisory, and strategic legal structuring for intangible assets. Managing the Casablanca’s offices, Rabab is also highly skilled in transactional IP law, helping businesses structure deals that leverage intellectual property assets while ensuring regulatory compliance. Her academic and professional journey has shaped her expertise in building, negotiating, and securing transactions for innovation-driven projects.
